Wonderful I love the end where Satan finishes up for him!! Every vegan should have a favorite seitan recipe unless they're sensitive to wheat gluten. I'll post my favorite one sometime soon.
Thanks! I haven't made my own seitan yet, tending to buy it premade. I think I've been a little daunted by the whole process, but this video makes it look so simple and has inspired me! I'm going to make my own this week and see what happens! Rhi, I'd love to see your version!
